To place an order:

1. Browse our shop and select the products you’d like, add them to your cart.
2. Review your cart and checkout.
3. In the checkout page, login or register for an account.  Add in your shipping address.
4. Submit your order.
5. After Submitting your order you will be emailed your confirmation with EMT instructions.
6. Orders only ship after E-transfer (EMT) payment has been received.
7. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. 

*Please note if your payment isn’t received within 48 hours your order will be cancelled.

All orders are packaged in nondescript packaging so there is no indication what is inside. 

Our products are packaged in smell-proof bags and vacuum sealed.

Please contact us within 24 hours with a picture or video demonstrating the issue with your product. Please note that we only issue refunds in the form of store credit.

Claims may be denied if no proof is provided.

If you received the wrong order please contact us within 24 hours and provide the following details:

• Your order number
• Details outlining the incorrect order
  *Please ensure to include photos or a video of the incorrect order*
• VACUUM BAG MUST STILL BE ATTACHED

Once orders are placed, you are unable to edit order. If you wish to make changes you will need to create a new order and request the old order to be cancelled.

Please send payment immediately. If we do not receive your payment within 48 Hours of placing the order, your order will be cancelled.

Sending an Interac E-Transfers with your online banking or credit union is easy safe to use.

1. Sign into your Online Banking and select “E-Transfer”

2.Add us as an Interac E-Transfer Recipient:

The name & email address used to add us as a recipient can be found on your invoice (Order Confirmation).

3. You will be sent the Security Question and Answer on your emailed receipt.

4. In the message box please put your order number.

Not to worry, you do not need to cancel your E-transfer. If your name or email on the E-transfer is the same as your Twisted Tree account, we will easily locate your order. If not, you can send us a quick email with your order number and the email used for the E-transfer.

Twisted Tree is not responsible for lost orders due to the following reasons:

• Wrong address provided by the customer
• Missing or incorrect unit #
• Package being rejected upon delivery (ex. by doorman or other)
• Postal errors
• Theft after delivery

Orders are shipped XPress Post by Canada Post.  Delivery times will vary by Province.  You will be sent a tracking number at time of shipping to track your shipment.

* Please note that, sometimes delays happen that are beyond our control; statutory holidays, holiday rush, extreme weather, etc. 

If you haven’t received your package yet but it’s marked as “Successfully Delivered” it may be because:

• The postal worker scanned all their packages before delivering them, and will be completing the deliveries that day or the next.
• The Postal worker placed the package in the wrong mailbox. We recommend you ask your neighbours.

If you have not receive your package within 48 hours after the “Successful Delivered” status, please let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post which takes about 5-7 business days.
